The bid at 203p was when there were 50 million shares in issue. Today there are 230 million. So we aren't likely to see a bid like that again in the near future. Having said that, the news does seem to be improving and if this continues into the autumn these are probably very undervalued at the present level.

The 203p Stonegate offer was almost 4 years ago - hardly relevant to today !

Not really comparable imo - former businesses in administration always attract lower prices when in a fire sale. In their most recent RNS, RBG has already reported that "our bars traded extremely well within the restrictions in place since 12 April" and post 19 July I would have thought that trading is seeing a daily improvement. In the past RBG has been a strong cash generator and will become one again, so I'm expecting the present gradual share price improvement to continue.

RBG seems super overvalued.Deltic just sold earlier this year out of administration. £10m for 47 outlets. £213k per outlet.RBG has 66 outlets currently. Market cap circa £60-65m. And that's not including debt to calculate on EV basis, as Deltic probably sold on debt free basis.Nuts?

Revs definitely appeals to a youneger audience, as well as flocks of middle aged women going out brunching. More of an atmosphere than a standard pub I guess

Maybe these bars are full.I went to around 12 pubs in Bury last week and never seen pubs as dead in 40 years .Many will close for sure .Maybe these are different and only the young going out .

I would have thought that this is now a fair investment with restrictions lifted and people going back to the bars and nightclubs. My personal share price target is 40p, although 50p - 60p would be better.

If everything stays how it currently is, do you reckon we’ll see a bounce to 50 maybe 60p this year?

What's the betting that we're going to have a rip roaring one month of pent up demand. And then come Sep, because Boris hasn't struck the right balance, we'll need to shut everything down again for Sep-Nov so that Xmas can be saved again.

I bought 50k here today im down on the day but hey ho nothing goes up in a straight line a lot of chunky buys here over the last 2 days once these masks come off and the sector opens as it was , anything under 30p will be a steal. I have no doubt i will double my money OR MORE if they get taken over this is a sector full of opportunity..

Don't need to ramp it. Market cap c.£59m, recovering sector and pent up demand IMO. Look at Fulham Shore and other restaurant or bar chains. All going through the roof on future expectations / recovery. DYOR
