Wetherspoons in Scarborough is closed till unforseen circumstances and some other pubs are closed due to staff shortages. That will be Covid related track and trace ,or brexit.Wait until we lift restrictions and the pubs will be closed every few weeks with outbreaks and contacts of them .

Lol I'm not a sun reader normally. All I'm saying is dont think everything is wonderfulMany scientists regard these relaxations as Bonkers .I'm glad to see that Burnham agrees with gozzie that the ending of face mask regulation on public transport is madness.People are free to choose to spread virus in pubs etc but people using public transport are not .Staff in pubs now have no protection against virus other than vaccine Its 90 percent effective. Still several million are vulnerable. I'm going to take the risk and visit pubs .Many wont though Fact

For the person with the thumbsdown I'm getting texts every few hours to say I must isolate .I must take home tests every day .I have No Symptoms. It is a legal requirement. How can I go to the pub this afternoon lolI got into this predicament through having the NHS app on last week in pubs .Was my trip to the pub worth it ?My niece has lost a weeks pay through the visit .There will be people not feeling safe in pubs .That's just a FACT whether we like it or not .

True at the moment .The cases will fly soon .Basically almost everyone in society will eventually catch Covid .Hospitalisation with this variant may not follow .Everybody will assess their own risk .
