29/9/2017 15:54 | indeed, I reckon MMs expect a bid after the results and have topped up a punt accordingly....DYOR and for me down side is 6p but DYOR....GLA... | qs99
29/9/2017 15:46 | Holding on too, however it does seem strange that I could sell now for a 5p premium over the offer price. Worth the punt that there could still be a counter offer. | waspfactory
29/9/2017 15:43 | I am also hanging on to see what turns up next week. Have a good weekend in a Revolution Bar. | crumppot
29/9/2017 15:23 | FY results are Tuesday 3/10. I’m hanging on hoping for a favourable update 🤞 | psmith1110
29/9/2017 14:55 | personally going to hang on for the results, I believe next week? And then see if counter-bid as that is what Deltic have said no? DYOR, IMO and GLA | qs99
29/9/2017 14:39 | Sold out of these now, think the chances of a counter bid have decreased too much now. | mrx001
23/9/2017 12:12 | mmc71, I think they can buy shares but if they do that is then the lowest price they have to pay for the company so effectively would up their bid, hence they won't do it just yet....IMO...DYOR... | qs99
22/9/2017 16:53 | Sand Grove Capital Management are the buyers. They've amassed over 4m shares (8%+) of the company so far. | bwakem
22/9/2017 15:13 | westcountryboy - from what i understand of the regs, the bidder (Stonegate) is not allowed to purchase shares on the open market at a price greater than the offer price (203p) so they aren't the ones buying at 209p. | mmc71
22/9/2017 12:57 | 21 Sep 2017 Prudential plc / M&G Investment Management Limited Sale of 869,995 shares @ £2.08750 | turbocharge
22/9/2017 12:04 | "Deltic will in due course publish its own profit forecast and a quantified financial benefits statement in respect of a merger, the timing of which will be dictated by the publication of Revolution's full year results, which are expected on 3(rd) October, 2017. In parallel it continues to evaluate a possible cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Revolution." so a week or so to wait for the results of RBG, then Deltic has said they will publish their own view and IMO that suggests making public the offer they have made.....DYOR .....which then may mean a cash offer is followed up and Stonegate may then have to up their game? Let's see but GLA and DYOR | qs99
22/9/2017 09:04 | Deltic certainly aren't walking quietly away yet. I think Stonegate will probably end up winning this battle, but any development which forces them to dig slightly deeper into their pockets would be fine by me. | spot1034
22/9/2017 08:25 | It seems to me that those wanting Stonegate to increase their offer slightly have got their wish. Isn't it likely that they're the ones buying at 209p? I just sold mine for that price anyway... | westcountryboy

21/9/2017 18:24 | Hoping for £240+ | aishah
21/9/2017 18:02 | Deltic still trying to push the merger option. Sounds like they are struggling to raise the cash for a purchase, as many expected. | bwakem

20/9/2017 09:22 | Yes we do...but it's all gone quiet over there! | crumppot
20/9/2017 07:59 | so just need Deltic to pull their fingers out then! | qs99

19/9/2017 23:49 | Although a bid from Deltic would be nice, I don't think it is certain. At the moment they have talked the talk but not walked the walk. Have consequently decided it prudent to sell half to hedge my bets. | mrx001
15/9/2017 08:20 | OK well given all the press articles, Deltic need to crack on next week and put up or shut up!! IMO!! £2.50 knock out blow hehe.....DYOR | qs99
13/9/2017 16:09 | Sand Grove and MVN are arbitrage funds, they are betting on an increased offer. | exbroker |
