Yes, RAS can't even break out quickly but I think a steady rise to around 150 before or just after results is on the cards.
You would think that the solid growth propects and quality of earnings would be just what instituitional AIM investors would be looking for.

I guess it's a matter of how many more shares Alvarez wants to sell and whether buyers can be found for them.

This is what was said after the recent UMS Acquisition and commentary from this months smallcap summary.


REVENUE ASSURANCE
RAS £53m 123.5p BUY


This is an important deal for Revenue Assurance. UMS is highly regarded in its markets and will now become its centre for Meter Point Services. The acquisition brings increased scale to the Meter Point Services division and enable it to offer a broader service alongside its revenue assurance consultancy and debt recovery activities. The market for this is particularly buoyant, driven by cost pressures facing customers and the complexity of their processes.

We see Revenue generating earnings of 9.8p in the full year to 31st March 2007, rising to 11.5p this year. That leaves the stock trading on March 2008 price earnings ratio of just 10.8 times which fails to discount the clear potential for exciting earnings growth. A more realistic price would be in the region of 150p, which would represent a fair yet conservative value for a company with a sector-leading margin, a healthy balance sheet and no clear competition. We tipped the shares at 104p and have made a 19% gain but there is more to come. BUY.

Looks like the share price is starting its run up :)
