Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealing
The Company announces that, following an exercise of nil-cost options yesterday by the executive directors of the Company under the terms of the 2013 Executive Incentive Plan, application has been made for 800,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari-passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 11 April 2018.
In conjunction with the above exercise of options, Charles Skinner and Adam Councell, the executive directors of the Company, have today sold their New Ordinary Shares for a price of 530 pence per share. As a result of these transactions, the executive directors' beneficial shareholdings are as follows:

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 113,781,086 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Restore following admission will be 113,781,086, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
