Concur with your opinion Thevaluehunter.

In particular the B&P pubs are the bit to watch.
As you point out most are freehold and they are growing the number of outlets steadily but surely.
They offer high end Pub food to a customer base that is prepared to pay a premium price for a premium experience and is not price sensitive. A manager of one of them told me recently that they are having one of the best years so far.

Data out seems to suggest that leisure spending is doing very well. RTN should benefit as their sites are predominantly located at cinema locations and airports as well as freehold pubs.

Just to remind everyone the comparative LFL for the period from the trading statement to the half year was -5.8% so I would expect the FY17 ytd -1.8% to improve somewhat by half year.
