orvil,

fat lot of use they are then.good man for trying.incidentally I emailed the registrars capita and was told to snail mail a letter to them, they stated they would then be able to look into it further......so what purpose do they serve I ask myself, and the answer is sod all,but I bet they command a fee for that.

long since resigned to getting nothing here,no reply,no share vaklue,no accounts,no explanation, nothing, the last of which is obviously what the company is worth.

From the registrars-I have written to the company secretary in Hong Kong after they did not return my phone call.

"Unfortunately, we are not in a position to advise. We continue to remain as Registrar to the company but it is no longer listed on any exchange. As for RNS announcements, these are sent by the company or its Nominated Advisor ("Nomad") but since the company has delisted it no longer has a Nomad.

The company will be writing to all shareholders in due course not least to provide their accounts as required by statute but we are unable to provide a date on when this may happen."

No application has been received by PLUS for RETV to be admitted-the listing is purely nominal as it was an AIM quoted stock.

I don't think the international side of the business can be doing well either

thanks for all the research guys, essentially then we are now private equity holders until such time as a wind-up notice appears declaring bankruptcy or reliant make a pittance of an offer for the small percentage we hold.

assuming that as they have been going through the books for months now you would have thought bankruptcy was not an issue or they would have done it ages ago,so there is probably a bit of play left in the reliant situation.

but it wont be much

I doubt it. I would be nice though. there is only a small amount of shares in circulation (88% owned by Media Exposure, relaint old mgt etc) and lots of small sharehlolders so if they wish to do anything to get over 90% they would have buy in the open market, which couldcause a quick spike up. Only dreaming of course.

I would have thought delisting was a little bit of a major announcement and the nomad would have known of it. Shame on the nomad, shame on the FSA for not coming down hard on them. Another letter to write.

If we are not listed then we cannot sell our shares, though technicaly we still have a shareholding.

I Have just had a phone call back from the registrars who have confirmed the company has delisted. They are awaiting information from the company to make an official announcement, and at that time we may get to know a little more.

what!!!!nobody wants feather bras, chernobyl toothwhitener or the abs and flabs exercisers????

what is the world coming to?only a few months ago before the credit crunch people couldnt get enuff of the stuff.

I know someone who has bought the entire abs n flabs range...the bicycle that goes nowhere, the portable steps for those living in bungalows, the spread your arms out wide machine, the spread your legs wide machine for the wife, and several tons of the chernobyl approved toothpaste with the plutonium whitener for that glow in the dark smile.

his missus reaally rates the feather bra,he said he has removed it loads of times without her knowing its so light.comes with nip holes apparently to secure it so it doesnt float away all by itself.

real spce-age stuff..

cant understand why a company like this at the cutting edge of innovative product design cant make a dime....its beyond me.

maybe they should diversify by puttting in a bid to takeover general motors, then they could sell cars noone wants too and complete the product portfolio.
