Could do: retail bonds for social housing are always snapped up early, and the income stream is pretty secure.

I haven't read the prospectus yet, but I'd check the risk factors section ("political risk").

More to follow in the header - maybe.

I'm already overweight in propcos and, as already mentioned by a poster, the rush of new REITs to market is possibly a bad signal. Add to that the likelihood of meddling by a future Labour government (who can say?) might add unwanted political risk.
