Still hugely strong at the total bid/ask.....422k v 105k.

At the bests, it's 50,845 shrs v (only)8,655 shrs, with shop window prices showing there at 30.10p v 30.5p.

It all says to me there's a good way upwards still to travel.

Results not great but improving & encouraging. "...order books meaningfully ahead year-on-year." "For the year ahead, we expect growth to continue....". "expect to....deliver improved adjusted operating profit margins." PE only 4.5x. Should be enough. I have a few & will continue holding.

Same here Martin.

Currently + 10.4% to a mid-price of 28.8p and a tight spread there.

Level 2 order book in excellent health with the total bid/ask very positive at 340k v 197k, as I type.

Just the stock to get a mention in the upcoming Inv Chron.

A very strong hold for me from a 24.6p cost

I agree, they do look like buys, but clearly there's a seller or two offloading. All the buys are having no impact on the price, so once the sellers clear, we may see a rise, imo.

JPM and Blackrock still selling in volume by the looks of things. RNO has to be undervalued at 23p imo. Worth picking up some maybe, while there's a big seller around?

Oversold on a minor profits warning, good for a recovery play within 6 months imo. Starting with the results at the end of the month.

If it wasn't for that pension fund deficit I might agree with him but personally I can't see any reason to make an investment here at the moment.

Simon Knott Jnr, at Rights & Issues Investment Trust (RIII) has suffered a few mus-judgements in recent years(eg. Chamberlin plc and Coral Group plc).

But he is an old school clever cookie, descending from a clever City dad of high repute.

You just need to look at amazing rise in the nav at RIII to see that Simon Knott Jnr is no fool.

Knott is presently the sole buyer of Renold in any size. So far, the market disagrees with him.

I’m still on the sidelines but sorely tempted by RNO. Down another penny today. Will keep watching for the moment.

I'm a holder here. Not a particularly happy one, given recent price action and the challenges facing the company. Just been back though the archives to see when directors last bought. The CEO piled in last time the share price was about this level (2013) -- would be good to see some director buying now imo, or at least after FY results on 29 May.

I haven’t been interested in RNO for a couple of years but this is now back on my radar. The oil price has firmed considerably in the last 12 months and this, in my view, will benefit RNO as its customers will be better able to invest in upgrading equipment. At this price worth a look I think.

Likewise, I bought in last Friday after "In Line" update. Looks like it could be close to the bottom. Results end of May.
