Director Declaration

Renewi plc announces that its Chairman, Colin Matthews CBE FREng, has been appointed as non-executive chairman of EDF Energy Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the EDF Group, with effect from 1 November 2017.

As previously announced on 26 July 2017, Colin is standing down from his role as a non-executive director at Johnson Matthey Plc with effect from 15 November 2017.
