The Dutch Govmt proposed last Friday the amendment of the Asbestos Removal Decree 2005 and the Building Decree 2012 and there was speculation over the weekend that the minister might stick into the legislative pack new rules regarding thermally processed soil, which will enable ATM to start production again under new rules.

Let's see this week if there's any new development or not.

After months of relentless falling has the share price actually bottomed out and turning the corner ? I do hope this isn't a dead cat bounce as this has felt like a dead cat as my capital has disappeared. Too late to sell now. I hope all the bad news is out there and now we can look forward to some more positive news

Yes , just nice to get a break for once. Not unreasonable to expect some positive news on one front or another.

Nice bull sweep today, see if holds.

Despite there's a known seller out there in the market.

Doesn't look like a dead cat bounce this time but lets not get excited just yet

From BBC reporter: "New: The plug could be pulled on Derby and Derbyshire's £950m waste contract. A decision's expected to be made as soon as this week.

If the contract is stopped, it's likely attempts would still be made to bring the Sinfin plant into use, but under new ownership."

Let's see if RWI kicks out Interserve from the JV and takes 100% ownership of the plant.

Will the market be likey or not?

In at 23.3, but it took 2 tranches to fill the order mid afternoon. There mustn't be a lot of stock about.

I'm looking at these with a finger over the buy button. The last results do seem to be a "worst case" throwing in of the kitchen sink. (and we can recycle that sink!)
If ATM get going in any meaningful way at all inside 6 months, we're looking at a doubler in 18 months from here.

Sunny, At that small change it looks more like a bit of tax-year end tweaking than 'position reduction'

How many times has bottom been called here in the last year?

Not bad really given that guidance includes worst case scenarios:

- ATM Facility will not open in the next 12 months
- Derby sinfin got almost fully impaired + legal costs to chase Interserve
- Hard Brexit impairment
- Div cut to keep it 2x-2.5x covered
- Sale of the two businesses not yet finalised

lot of these have already been baked in the price fall the last months, so low 20s might actually be the bottom

To contain that absolute calamity of an update this morning to a 3% loss is pretty surprising. Really thought this was staring down the barrel of mid-teens today.

You correctly predicted that the price might be back into the blue at the end of the day. Almost.

Not sure about the advisors, basically they have chucked everything out and gone for worst case senario on everything but it still leaves a good dividend for people buying on at these levels but unless there's a bid it doesn't give much hope to those who are in much higher. There is scope for improvement over the mid term so I might rebuy depending on the price movement.

Very interesting, key now is how they are handling the issues and who their advisers are. Let's hope they are not same as the ones who advised IRV and the ones Mike Ashley is complaining about who advised DEB. It's really treacherous for businesses these days if you cannot trust your advisers, who are the really serving? Brexit is one thing, but shareholder value is being destroyed in many ways. This one, down 80% or so in about 1 year, nearly £1BN wiped out but we're getting there guys, hold your nerve!
