Well they are now on the brink of ending up in the bondholders hands, equity is pretty worthless at this point.
I am taking them off my watch list today as their future is just too uncertain for the next 12 months.

Another cut to eps so going nowhere fast and could now drift lower. Need some positive news to convince things are turning around.

Dividend going forward around 7 %then sale of two business's more like 60m and used to reduce debt, bit of a disappointment but that's life, I'm just going to mothball mine and come back to them in a year or two 7% will have to do.

About as bad as expected -

Looks as though managemnt may have painted as dark a picture as possible and kitchen sinked everything - BUT sugared some bright skies (possibly) ahead - No idea what Mr Market will do with it - possibly a further mark down?

At Dec 2018, buy at 40p, sold out 36p, small lost.
today try looking again, not sure-----"buy" ?
asking boy who is working in City.
the boy say: you are old age man, never try buy downside sharess.
juast pick up some big company, it is safe and long time holder

I think there is no end date on the sinfin council decision.

It could go forever or being cancelled at any point unless Interserve pays the remaining opex required to fully cert the facility

As I understand it the councils have until 31st to make a decision on Sinfin, if it is certified as fully operational they will pay the 50m, if not they may try to argue that they have the right to withdraw and not pay, although that would be challenged of course and they would have to return to landfill, lots of councilors agitating for cancellation but ruling body is loathe to go down that route?

Yes I agree. What I do expect:

- ATM Soil: Nothing new, still working with the regulator
- Derby / Interserve: Nothing new, still working with all parties to bring sinfin online
- Sale of Canadian / Reym business: Very positive, agg sale to be c. EUR 130-160mn (current market cap of RWI = c. 200mn)
- H2 2019 trading update: Positive, in-line / ahead of boards expectation. Price increases have been implemented in the Benelux

Last year they released news on a sale of asset on last day of March and a Trading update on 4th April.

Now news expecting

- This week until Fri 29 Mar: Update on ATM soil (as they promised) and announcement of the sale of Canadian business / Reym

- Next week: Trading update for the fiscal year 2019 ending 31 Mar 2019
