12/10/2007 22:36 | splendid to see a little rise, in profit at last, now to hunker down and wait till they turn this round | robin_of_loxley
12/10/2007 22:12 | power struggle going on, and these guys topped up!! I just hope poor investors money doesnt go down the pan in legal proceedings. Companies got the potential plants are raring to go just need the palm oit but school boy fighting needs to stop.. | maestro4

12/10/2007 13:15 | Omellete My efforts to get in touch with the company have so far fallen on deaf ears. Carol Johnson, presumably company secretary, acknowledged receipt of my email but put 'RPL Services' as the company name, so I assume RPL services were handling the correspondence side of things too. As for why I'm here, I bought in after the suspension, which was a lesson learnt in falling knifes and suchlike. My thoughts on backing Lewis was no deeper than the fact that he has a considerable stake in RPL while the others do not, and wishes to protect his investment. It would also save RPL money as there would be no legal action against RPL Services, which I believe would ultimately be fruitless. Its all I've got to go on until a few more facts are revealed. | boffster
12/10/2007 12:43 | any news for the egm. Lewis and Corvin were reckless, how can they get back in power. Can they? | maestro4
12/10/2007 10:58 | Boffster - there will be resistance at 30 pence as many will bail at breakeven. Can we get good news to move us past this point?? Are you in touch with the company? I would assume you must have heard something or know someone to have a significant holding here. I still would like to know your reason for supporting Lewis as well? cheers | omellete
12/10/2007 10:15 | Seems like 30p was enough for some to bail out. Not for me, I want to know who has been buying in and why. | boffster
12/10/2007 09:24 | I'm just staying to see what happens. | omellete
12/10/2007 09:22 | omellete I got mine at 38.5p (I confess..) | h4rsh2
12/10/2007 09:16 | h4rsh2 - TBH - I'll walk away if it was even 40 pence!!!! Obviously as far as IPO went and placing went - people forked out 70 pence and 110 pence. | omellete
12/10/2007 09:11 | just had you for breakfast.. yes! 50p will do me as well. | h4rsh2
12/10/2007 09:09 | h4rsh2 - Like I said already - a takeover or sale of plant and return of cash will do me fine. That will equal to 45- 50 pence I think an RNS is due to explain the rise. Palm Oil or Boardroom battle? Cannot be much else really. | omellete
12/10/2007 08:55 | with £50 million "dallers" in the bank this is going to be a takeover target.. | h4rsh2
12/10/2007 08:22 | Surging up already, something is definitely occurring!! Wonder who knows what we don't. | boffster
11/10/2007 17:01 | omellete I have been reducing holdings for a while, i thought nothing happening here till they sort out whos in charge, no new supply yet, the companies in limbo. Invest in some other companies and come back when all the dust settles. If he had a palm oil deal they wouldnt have sacked him, they would have sacked him and then done the deal. I like this stcok but will watch from the sidelines until we know who exactly is in charge and whos sueing who. lol | maestro4
11/10/2007 16:49 | Maestro - Don't tell me you bailed yesterday??? I could only see a positive outcome after that RNS. i.e. if Lewis wants them out he needs shares on his side (so a possibility of buying in the market - which looks like it may have happened) or he will say he has a Palm Oil deal. | omellete
11/10/2007 16:47 | i somehow believe that they wont get anywhere, until they sort out whos in charge of the company. Board room fight at present, im not happy. There may be directors buying shares to get the majority. You never know.... Thus the increase. | maestro4
11/10/2007 16:32 | 4 pence spread now - MM's taking no chances. Don't blame them either. So possibilities are: 1) JonC closed his short 2) MM's took it back up after forcing Maestro to bail out - (LOL) 3) Lewis is launching a hostile bid 4) They have a Palm Oil deal 5) MM's tricking people into buying shares. | omellete
11/10/2007 16:24 | Bid 24 Offer 27 Started day at Offer 23. Actually paying 25 pence online with TDW I bet the guys selling at 22 pence yesterday are kicking themselves. | omellete
11/10/2007 14:56 | Stock shuffling around today. | omellete
11/10/2007 02:18 | Well I guess we should get an RNS from the Lewis camp for the EGM. Maybe he will say that he had a Palm Oil deal in the Far East but this was blocked by the others. i.e if he comes back then all will be well. Otherwise I cannot see how he can even have the cheek to try and come back. Especially after his related party transactions for nearly £1 million quid in the accounts. Boffster - on current share price action, I cannot see the justification for voting for him. Can you tell me why? If it is number of shares held, then I don't think so - he effectively awarded those to himself in setting up the business. It was shareholders funds that bankrolled him, he did not use any of his cash to buy the power stations and bio factory, IPO funds did that AND gave him working capital. Which he squandered. | omellete |
