LONDON and NEW YORK, 4 December 2024 - Renalytix plc (LSE: RENX) (OTCQB: RNLXY), an artificial intelligence-enabled in vitro diagnostics company, focused on optimizing clinical management of kidney disease to drive improved patient outcomes and advance value-based care, announces that today Julian Baines, Executive Chairman, bought 23,989 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £0.0725 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Julian Baines is interested in 1,825,700 Ordinary Shares representing 0.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
