A pleasing return for the autumn. It's not took the full hit of the dividend this morning (yet) and we've had two massive dividends in less than three months. We started out at about 99p three months ago and now we are at about 107p if you add on the dividend/ dividend accruing.

This was a good deal for us but also a good deal for the buyer.

"Unite say 21 000 sq ft of land bought from Regional REIT in Leeds for £10.6m will end up as homes for 1000 students in a block with end value of £80m, yielding 8%."

Pity they don't say what the BV was; but perhaps likely that that single transaction has added c2p to the underlying NAV. Great deal...think I may need to add...

Asset Manager announces major hire for Regional REIT mandate -

London & Scottish Investments (LSI) today announce the appointment of Simon Marriott to the position of Investment Director. Simon will join the main LSI board and work closely with Chief Executive Stephen Inglis on Regional REIT.

Simon joins LSI with over 30 years' experience in the property industry, most recently at Cromwell Property Group (formerly Valad) where he was of Head of Investments and UK Real Estate. In that role he was responsible for approximately £1 billion of investment, development and bank workout mandates across the UK, as well as investment across Cromwell's European platform.

Prior to Cromwell, Simon held a number of senior roles including Director Real Estate transactions at PwC, Senior Vice President Managing Director Investments at Oxford Properties and Head of Separate Accounts at Invista REIM, managing funds with an AUM of over £2.5 billion...

Quite a frustrating share to own the transactions are almost 100% in favour of being bought every single day but presumably the brokers have a willing counterparty to supply the demand and the price remains unmoved.

Thanks my mistake......on the same day as Hargreaves had invested my Lloyds dividend an identical sum had been credited from Regional Reit. One of life's coincidences. Should have checked the sub-analysis.

A lot of income stocks got hit today after Mpc member comments on rising interest rates. This one has been an exception. Indeed, since the 99p price earlier this month there have been hardly any sellers so presumably there are big counterparties such as Institutions selling to provide the stock. Stock from private trades coming to Market, virtually none. Not to say that wont turn around anytime soon. All runs end eventually.

Well I am looking for some years of stable or perhaps growing dividends therefore if the share price barely moves from here no worries - in fact visibility and stability of dividends at this share price may give me the confidence to invest more.

Ever feel the dice are loaded against you, Not seen a red trade all day but the spread has widened in both directions and hence the value ( selling price) is down. You bet the share would have collapsed if we had seen red trades all day.
