29/5/2020 14:51 | Looking pretty dire here Only 11 trades in the trade list on the 26th (Tue) Only 7 trades in the list on the 27th Only 1 trade in the list yesterday Only 5 trades so far today SP over 3% down As with RRR it looks like there are almost no naïve mugpunters left to be duped by the "jam tomorrow" rhetoric of unscrupulous rampers. Far too many people know the score with Bell's companies and even though Bell himself has been ousted here, his side kick Scott Kaintz remains in position which for many people equates to the same thing. The new chairman, Parsons, simply took up where Bell left off, issuing confetti shares on a brutally industrial scale, adding over 7 BILLION shares to the 1.5 billion that were in issue at the time. Then doing a colossal 1-100 consolidation to try and make the share price look respectable. At that point the share price was 3.5p and there were 86m shares in issue Just 5 months later the share price is now 0.75p A catastrophic loss of about 78% of the value of the share Number of shares today is now 168m. No surprise at all that no-one is falling for the pathetic ramp attempts by some. The track record, annual reports and charts testify to the appalling business model and history here. Only one thing is constant and that's the endless dilution and expenditure on Admin Bambos clearly struggling rather embarrassingly to convince naïve punters to put their cash into this utter POS. Now resorting to making up outright lies about people buying cheap shares. The trade list shows very clearly that almost no-one is interested in this abysmal outfit. DYOR | torp

29/5/2020 12:13 | You can only laugh at the uber lame ramp attempts by a single solitary ramper here. Have pity though, this is presumably how the poor chap earns his crust. What an utterly thankless task it is though, having to promote one of the worst lifestyle ventures on AIM. Poor chap used to also pump RRR, another Bell share. One can see from the somewhat immature pumps that there is absolutely no substance there whatsoever. No actual investment proposition put forward. Just an endless plea for people to Buy Buy Buy. Poor chap is so desperately underwater he's literally begging others to get him out of his mess. I'm afraid I have little such sympathy. The Annual Reports here provide all the salient facts and figures to tell you that this is a total POS share along with RRR. The company makes yearly losses The directors continue taking lucrative salaries regardless There's naff all income Yet they expend over £700,000 a year just on Admin alone !!!!! It's just a constant picture of dilution, dilution, dilution. Endless confetti placings on an industrial scale which serve to decimate the share price. Just look at the graphs for proof SP here is only going to continue to be decimated. Coronavirus has absolutely nothing to do with the share price here. When other stocks are making enormous leaps right now, this POS remains stagnant as always. The business model is one of constant share issues to raise cash, most of which goes to Admin and salaries. From 2012 to 2019 they raised over £10m cash via placings In the same period they spent over £6.5m of it on Admin Anyone who thinks that model presents an investment proposition is certifiable imho. I am staying very well clear of this. More confetti will be forthcoming imho and the fervour and presence of lame rampers like Bambos simply confirms to me that it is imminent. DYOR . | torp
