24/4/2020 10:40 | bambos You are bamboozled , they nay sayers are correct. You are wrong. I invested here at 5.2p and sold at a loss @ 3.8p. That was about 8 years ago and now there have been many placings and consolidations since then. Do yourself a favour consider selling and take the loss. NAI | sleveen

24/4/2020 06:56 | Bamboo, you have miss understood I am very happy with my investment . I am a realists and I completely understand that this company has no income but huge (for its size) annual overheads. On top of this I understand that the company needs to and needs to be perceived to be creating grow. The issuing of more and more shares in other words is good for us and is the only hope we have of ever get back to January Doc Holiday / Harry tip prices. Mathematics are mathematics and mathematically Based on an average over the last 3 years £720k overheads equates to £60k per month which in turn equates to 4.6% dilution every month at present £1.3M valuations. I am aware of the risks and I am comfortable with them. This investment has changed significantly over the last 3 months and is now very much nickel top heavy. What this simply means is as a shareholder we are now all highly dependant on a nickel price recovery and for every month that we have to wait for that recover we should expect 4.6% dilution. (This equation excludes and so therefore further % dilution needs to be added for the companies need to be perceived to be creating grow through acquisitions or project development.) 23/4/2020 22:25 | Eddie boy why did u ever bother investing.. I don't believe anyone would wish to bash their own stock .. common sense should prevail here..new investors are savvy to the deramping... The more trolls the bigger they rise :)))))) | bambos22
23/4/2020 22:01 | Its actually 75% down (25% a month) , how much of that is attributed to C 19 nobody knows but what is fair to say is the need for a £500k placing 3 months after a major structuring was not C 19 related , it was going to be happen anyway. All new shareholders need to understand the management here don't make these extraordinary risks for nothing ,no they expect to be paid for their efforts and paid well too. (preferably not in shares though ) Battery metals yes, but nickel top heavy is a yes too. Everything is pinned on a nickel price recovery . Shareholders can't afford to wait too long for that to happen because at an average of £60k expenses/ pensions/ admin/salaries a month at present valuations that equates to 4.6% dilution a every month. Obviously that excludes any work being carried out , acquisitions or debt/covenant repayments/ purchasing of other companies debt ,etc. .Add any of those to the equation and we could be looking at 10 - 20 % monthly dilution .Since the New Year we have been running at slightly above that top end figure .
