Result of general meeting
Regional REIT ZDP PLC (the "Company") announces that at the general meeting held today (at which only the holder of ordinary shares was entitled to attend and vote) (the "General Meeting") the resolution granting the directors of the Company authority to issue further ordinary shares set out in the notice of general meeting dated 7 December (the "GM Notice") was duly passed.
The full text of the resolution may be found in the GM Notice, copies of which are available on both the Company's website www.regionalreit.com and on the National Storage Mechanism.
A copy of the resolution passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
Shareholders are reminded that a separate general meeting of the Company has been convened for 9.30 a.m. on Wednesday 9 January 2019, at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP, 20 Cursitor Street, London EC4A 1LT for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, approving the members' voluntary winding-up of the Company.
