Knock off the goodwill, and you are left with assets of £9m, of which £6.5m is cash. They are burning cash at £4m per annum at the present rate, so they have got less than 18 months before it runs out.

Hope for your sake, they can get some orders pdq.

So, as RGY is being promoted with irrelevance across numerous other company boards, then I presume no one has any objection if I use this board as a thread to give irrelevant details of companies other then RGY ..... sounds fair and reasonable to me.

OUTLOOK
Re-Energy has spent the last two years developing both its technology and

Statement re: Share price movement


On 28 September 2007 the Company announced its interim results for the six
months to 30 June 2007. As part of that announcement, the Company stated that
it would require additional finance in the short term and that its Directors
continued to explore a number of avenues to access additional capital.

The Company notes the recent movement in its share price and confirms that it is
in talks with a third party which may or may not lead to an offer being made
for all or part of the Company.

A further announcement will be made in due course as appropriate.
