Notice of AGM
Following the release and publication on 17 May 2018 of its 2017 Annual Report and Financial Statements, redT energy plc (AIM:RED), the energy storage solutions company, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11 a.m. on 27 July 2018. The event will take place at the Company's Demonstration and Development Centre; Unit 9, The Business Centre, Molly Millars Lane, Wokingham, RG41 2QZ.
Following the AGM, there will be a tour of the facility, including a demonstration of the on-site machines and an extended Q&A session. The event is expected to finish around 1.30pm.
