The Company announces that it was notified on 9 January 2017 that as a result of the redT energy plc share issue on 3 January 2017, the following shareholdings have been updated as below:

The shareholding of Alchemy Projects Limited remains unchanged at 97,419,319 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 14.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Alchemy Projects Limited is 100% owned by John Ward, Non-Executive Director of redT energy plc.

The shareholding of Payar Investments Ltd (subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad) remains unchanged at 62,229,986 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 9.52 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The shareholding of AIB Seed Capital Fund Limited Partnership (managed by Dublin Seed Capital General Partner Ltd), ("AIB SCFP") remains unchanged and AIB SCFP no longer has a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The shareholding of Seager Rex Harbour has been reduced such that it no longer has a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
