18/3/2018 13:37 | Russia . Oh my.The RAF and its Hurricanes helped the Soviets keep Murmansk enemy free in 1941 and onwards. The majority of tanks at the battle of Moscow were British made and it comes to this!Ungrateful, but then again 90% of Allied casualties were Russian. So, that was then and this is now.The Russian economy is a little over half ours in goods and services. We can control them economically especially as we master Energy production and storage of course. We can store electricity however generated/sourced.Ru | alchemy
18/3/2018 13:04 | owenski, We don't know where all this will end. I lost a lot of data through Russian cyber hackers .Luckily not important. The Russian attitude towards the west is now hostile .We are back to pre Gorbachov levels. Rogue states are something else to consider. A recent article i read suggested that many millions of Americans would die within two months if their electrical infrastructure failed because from computers to fuel pumps all modern existence depends on readily available electricity.Food distribution systems would fail as the average family only has enough food for three days. Distribution warehouses would grind to a holt.Logistics would fail. The knock on effect would be endless. I sincerely hope that this scenario will never happen but we would be foolish to dismiss the threat. It is not just power generation it is about supporting local power distribution such that we can isolate problem areas. We need insurance . I might also comment on the very negative postings about the number of units Redt have to sell to break even. Multiple units will hopefully be sold to provide large storage facilities so in fact the 3-400 units might be to 50 clients.! There are a lot of reasons to be positive, not just the negativity that seems to have taken hold | fieldhouse
18/3/2018 11:06 | Not much according to some sources | owenski
18/3/2018 10:59 | ENERGY SUPPLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that we need to sound the alarm bells. Russia supplies a large proportion of our gas and for Europe. Every thing has changed this last week.Russia is no longer a trading partner that can be trusted. All infrastructure depends upon electricity . The National Grid is at risk not only of being unable to generate enough power but the very nature of the grid is a risk. Locally produced and stored energy must be an essential part of protecting our very existence as a democracy as a break down in energy supplies would create anarchy. Where does Redt fit into this scenario??? I leave it to you to decide !!! I know where my money is !! | fieldhouse
18/3/2018 09:37 | Netcurtains There is every chance this could get to 7p on Monday you just don't know with this share. I prediction we will see strong buying and a very rapid climb to 12p then 16p this will be accompanied by the normal ramping. | ch1ck
17/3/2018 17:33 | Yes there it is, first time I've bought the Ft for ages. Factual with positive connotations. And glimpse of obvious: _ It allows me to calculate a circa 65% increase as we get back to recent highs. | alchemy
17/3/2018 16:39 | same here. | sleveen
17/3/2018 16:36 | In the FT today. Small cap watch | capt bligh
17/3/2018 13:27 | Gspanner, you sound like a decent person to me. Good luck on the investment. | owenski
17/3/2018 12:59 | Fair play gentlemen I apologise for my somewhat wine fuelled invective. With Red the large orders are awaited... though ITM have large orders (10MW) that they need to deliver - I would certainly not commission 100MV unless a working 10MW was demonstrated. RED just seem slightly behind in terms of orders but do seem to have a business that is possible to scale up a lot quicker (from outsourcing). The margin is an interesting point. I have heard the arguments that are unresolved but have decided to trust that Scott will understand how the business will be healthily profitable. Margin on machines is only one part, the most likely revenue stream will come from service and maintenance contacts. Anyhow apologies again, never post after 9:30 on a Friday Night. | gspanner
17/3/2018 11:44 | I hold 100k shares here; tried to sell down some yesterday but no liquidity. I am much more confident about the long term than the short, so will be holding, if necessary down to 3p. Time will come for these, I have no doubt, the product is highly effective and the market is set to explode. Everything in fact, is in place. We are just working on the commercial orders. I just won't be adding until we have more clarity about these. | brucie5
17/3/2018 09:02 | Gsspanner im long at higher prices I'm just commenting that the company'share is approaching a level unforeseen by me causing others to sell as the price to some is fortelling some dire news coming. I don't do short too risky for me. | deuchar
17/3/2018 08:57 | gssp I am a fan of ITM, CWR etc and the other new energy technologies, I think these are the future for energy storage and generation and will have a great future eventually. BUT without orders, as I have also being saying on the ITM thread, the share price will fall. In the case of RED I posted a few weeks ago, based on the latest order pipeline, that RED need circa 300-400 machine sales per year to cover costs (and yes there are maintenance contracts etc that bring in further revenue, but RED have to have orders in the first place to benefit). Owenski posted something similar previously to that also. The crux of the matter is that RED (and ITM) have not had continuing large sales to national/multi national energy companies. Is the investment case so strong that you have to rely on name calling? Rather than call PIs who have an opposite view to you parasites, why not post a rebuttal? Good luck with your investment in RED and ITM. | sleveen
17/3/2018 08:50 | Does anyone think that the guys joining the Board and being promoted would get/stay involved if they thought the Company wasn't going to make it? | murdo mcsponge
17/3/2018 08:17 | Is there a reasonable/good chance that REDt will be able to get above 7p within , say, 2 weeks? | netcurtains
16/3/2018 23:24 | ONeski, sleveen, Deuchar, a fairly clear agenda... Good luck with your shorts! Or perhaps you may just be trying to buy in as low as possible - but whatever little better than parasites. | gspanner
16/3/2018 17:44 | Thanks Sleveen | deuchar
16/3/2018 17:33 | deuchar I don't believe a wipe out is on the cards, but it will go lower until large orders are received and not rehashed information from "seeded sales" generating no profit. The emperor's cloth's story springs to mind and he's ie RED have just been found out. IMHO | sleveen
16/3/2018 17:20 | Volumes up a bit today as well, could go a lot lower yet. | owenski
16/3/2018 17:09 | This could be a wipeout hang on to your hats | deuchar
16/3/2018 17:00 | I did buy low! But it's now lower! | cheek212
16/3/2018 16:57 | Interesting that a few small cap Green/alt energy stocks have been suffering of late... CWR also bad day today for no apparent reason, ITM looks like it may be bottoming out. Only rule of the stock market worth remembering ... ‘buy low, sell high’. | gspanner
16/3/2018 14:50 | Well played Scott. Info leaked and share price ready to sweeten funds interest. Reiterate 3p entry. | dogrunner111
16/3/2018 14:01 | Chick, well done. I'm confident that this will come good, but market is spooked about time to earnings versus mcap. I think this will vanish with the right RNS, but when morale is low, the tide is out, and the lack of liquidity drives the share down even on very low selling. | brucie5 |
