I was just reading about Shell installing quick charges at their garage, Shell have the largest uk fuel filling station, it serves 3500 customers a day with fuel....that is a lot of car parking while customers charge their car for lets say 30 minutes !!!

Surely a liquid solution like REDT,s would be a better option !!!! it would only take about 5 minutes to change the electrolyte in a car, giving it 100% charge capacity....a 45 minute fast charge will give about 90%...so that means 145 cars parking up every hour, allowing some time for connecting and disconnecting..

First battery delivery to the Czech Republic

Considering the boom in the energy storage market, which is growing at 5-7 MWp in the corporate and utility energy storage (SSE) segment this year, the first VRFB deliveries can be expected soon next year in the Czech Republic.

In total, RedT Energy has contracted to deliver more than 300 VRFBs, with 12 of these SSEs going to the markets in Eastern Europe.

The sharp rise in stocks

According to the announcement of the head of the company Flow Battery Solutions, Radka Vebra offers VRFB from REdT Energy excellent technical parameters, long service life and significantly lower prices than our known competitors. These batteries are scalable from 5kW to 10MW of power.

energy storage technology company redT energy has sold fourteen 40 kWh energy storage units to remote critical communications infrastructure sites across Botswana.
The locations currently have no connection to the grid and will use 11 kW of solar panels per site as the sole form of generation. redT’s units will be used to store a proportion of the solar energy generated during daylight hours for use during the evening.

“This process is known as time shifting and effectively creates 24 hours of solar power, which is cheaper per kilowatt-hour of energy than running a diesel generator offgrid,” explains redT CEO Scott McGregor.
“This represents a sizable commercial order for redT after deploying our initial units in South Africa. Low-cost secure energy, achieved by combining solar with a redT energy storage machine is key to bringing reliable power to Africa,” he adds.

redT, which has an office in South Africa, has already deployed several units in sub-Saharan Africa and views the region as a key future growth market for its products

Ah, dog111, the man who likes to cause confusion by their username, what an obnxious weak person yuo must be. Strange, while you were absent the price went up because red sold 14 units, so the hope seems t be coming to fruition. And there's another 800 million people n the same continent who have a meagre existence due to a lack of 24h electricity our company could help. Why would you want to hinder that? Ah, i know why, is it because you are a weak obnxiuos person?

results will obviusoly show a loss, probably rising losses due to the stage of the business they are in - abuot to commercialise en mass.

(Soz my 'o' desn't work, got t paste each one.)

The results may be a damp squib tomorrow, but with so much expectation and hope building here recently, not to mention belief, they may prove irrelevant too. It is important to quantify how well a company is doing in accepted financial terms and it may make it easier for some to decide whether to invest or not, but barring a complete disaster I doubt that they will have much effect on the upward pressure on the share price. As many have said previously, we are investing in the potential here, not the current financial position.

I agree with post 2948
This modular product – that doesn't have the disadvantages of lithium, which didn't work earlier in tropical locations, like where we've just sold to (in Botswana) – means that a whole number of similar projects suddenly come into the frame (in other rAfrican countries). Looks like a mass produced product, several years from now.

ianous, i often see calcs like that after a fundraising and share issue.

What is never taken into account is the extra cash the company holds after the call.

so a 100m cap before a 50m cash injection should (as a first cut at least) have a comparable mc of 150m, not the previous 100m.

Of course, the idea of a cash raising is that the company can return you more than the 1% you'd get from a bank, so there's an argument that the comparable cap should be greater than the sum of the old mc plus the cash.

(although having said that and re reading your post, maybe you did exactly that?)

Results tomorrow. That'll be by RNS. Lol. I'll be interested in the forward looking "stuff" in the pack. Costs will of course be up. The pipeline methodology has gained plausibility these last two Mondays, so any update there will be good.Any firm figures.....yesterday we glimpsed that 14 units might be worth circa 50k dollars each. Any hint at margins or contribution per unit would be a real bonus. But we may have to wait ,well, upto 18 months for that.
