02/11/2017 09:39 | In May placing price was 150p. share price weak now at 124p. H1 numbers were OK with very positive outlook promising a much stronger second half. CEO states: "We anticipate the next 12 months will be very exciting..." I know there are still bears out there on this stock due to poor history. Corporate broker Whitman Howard has target price of 250p 2018/9 PER could be 9x on adjusted EPS of 13.1p. I like the story but I have an itchy sell finger. Any other research/views out there? | chasbas
30/10/2017 14:28 | Bit annoying we had the distraction from walter. Had the clear out trade and should really have bounced higher. Instead back to square 1 again. Need to hear some more contract wins to get some momentum back into the shares. | horndean eagle
26/10/2017 10:29 | no - whole thing a bizarre farce but did yield some interesting info though re exact shareholders and options currently held (which i wasn't aware of) ; i just don't understand what the point of the stupid approach was - utter waste of time and probably some money. | value viper
26/10/2017 10:07 | Did anyone honestly believe that AP Systems were a genuine bidder? | mylands
26/10/2017 10:06 | A P Systems 'regret' in other words realitity has hit them, total incompetents, lets move on. | chrisgail
19/10/2017 11:16 | Is A P Systems going to improve their offer by giving their houses, cars, watches and other personal belonging ... LOL | 338
18/10/2017 13:59 | Maybe the plan was to reveal to all the options the directors have !It's been a very annoying distraction franklyReds needs to focus on new deals so it can deliver in this very important weighted second half. | value viper
18/10/2017 13:23 | Stalking donkey. Total knock back. No further ahead. | suneday
18/10/2017 13:02 | Were they a stalking horse? | b1ggles
18/10/2017 12:40 | At a discount to current share price. AP Systems were certainly on a fishing expedition. They don’t have the wherefore all to mount a serious bid. End of speculation. | curriedquaker
18/10/2017 12:38 | All very very strange, all paper offer, of no tradable value, time for AP to put up, with who is behind them, or, admit it's a barroom prank. | chrisgail
17/10/2017 09:58 | Please enlighten me: how many shares are being held by the institutions? about 60% - 70% ? | 338
16/10/2017 16:28 | Eh? The daily chart seems to be kaput. | b1ggles
16/10/2017 16:24 | I guess could be news tomorrow , nice move up today | darrentrek66
13/10/2017 15:50 | It's the other I didn't quite get. I first thought it was supposed to be part of an opening position in Reds. Some so called existing interest in 10.2 mil. shares. But looking again I think it is intended to signify his 100% holding in AP - I now believe that's correct - but that seems a lot of unnecessary shares in what appears a private one man band. Never mind, it will all unravel. | suneday |
