RedstoneConnect is pleased to announce that all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
As a result, the Company confirms that as of 08.00 a.m. on 31 July 2018, its shares will trade under the new name Smartspace Software Plc and the TIDM 'SMRT'. The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN: GB00BYWN0F98.
