Redrow Takeover Rumours (RDW)

Redrow SP will definitely fall and more to drop to shares conversion date . Prior to BDEV takeover , BDEV SP was pushed up making the offer extremely attractive Ie £2.52 B ( in short MANIPUKATED) . If one looked back before the takeover offer , the trading volumne of BDEV shares was extremely low thus giving BDEV bankers /agents to do their manipulating job well. Sad 😞 😞

Can anyone tell me , BDEv share price fallen today and yesterday the merger or takeover of Redrow would be 1 Redrow share for 1.44 BDEV shares at the merger completion date , BDEV valuing Redrow at £2.52B .However , BDEV shares have dropped this morning , same as Redrow shares . if at merger date , BDEV shares dropped to say £4.50 and Redrow shares dropped to £5.50 , would BDEV needs to give more of its shares at conversion date to Redrow or remain at 1.44 shares for every one Redrow share?
