23/11/2021 14:10 | Doing very nicely amid the carnage of precious metals stocks - sadly because of that I have 'had' to take monies and profits here and plonk there. Buy low, sell high 'n all that. Will be back, I suspect. | imastu pidgitaswell
15/11/2021 13:36 | Broker target prices updated following yesterday's AGM statement:- Barclays 840p Overweight. Citigroup 815p Buy. Berenberg 880p Buy JPMorgan 870 Overweight Deutsche 809p Buy | aimingupward2
14/11/2021 18:05 | What's the forward PE on this one compared to sector? | robertball

12/11/2021 10:46 | I've never understood that - it is not darkest just before dawn. The Sun is just over the horizon and it is therefore less dark than earlier in the night. But we're digressing... Looking like a decent reception today - all the builders are basically saying things are OK. | imastu pidgitaswell
12/11/2021 07:35 | Darkest hour is just before the dawn. Looks like a decent buy point, the fall looks way overdone | purplepelmets
12/11/2021 07:35 | Agree. Interest rate rising and cost of living squeeze a drag. This one has shrugged off end of help to buy | robertball
12/11/2021 07:33 | It is out of favour, as is the sector - I have got back in the past couple of days for several tranches. Happy to swing back up to 700 and think again, or just hold indefinitely. Decent statement - 2022 forecast at £2.1 billion at 19% = £400m pre tax, say £320m post tax (or £300m if you use the future tax rate of 25%.) £300m net cash too. Anyway, market cap of £2.3 bn means an earnings ratio of 7.2. Lower still if you deducted the cash - and used enterprise value, as a third party (private equity?) predator would. Very cheap, and good enough for me. | imastu pidgitaswell
12/11/2021 07:27 | We'll see what happens. Looks good but this one is out of favour at the moment | robertball
11/11/2021 12:47 | AGM stmt tomorrow | robertball
10/11/2021 16:25 | Time to be back in, I think. Happy to add lower if it gets there. | imastu pidgitaswell
09/11/2021 15:25 | Good question - what is holding this back? Seems to have drifted far too much. | bountyfull

03/11/2021 13:13 | What's holding this back. Looks cheap as chips. | coopstock
27/10/2021 13:24 | Which judging from the reaction is less than expected. | imastu pidgitaswell
27/10/2021 13:17 | Developers tax of 4%!!!! | robertball
