Realistically this is a zero, I suspect the tax issue has stopped shareholders from putting fresh cash in, given that they haven't made a profit then can only be PAYE or NI which isn't a good sign. I had a small holding here on the premise that downing would support them through any short term funding issues and their long-term order book was strong in a niche area that may be desirable for others. Downing Strategic has probably invested over 15% of their assets under management into RHL at cost so if they were not willing to keep it going then things must be bad.

Its crazy that things have sped up so fast - Lets see if there is any value extracted from equity - Placing at 10p and now at these levels with this announcement - No equity holders have sold any stock apart from Canacorrd -

The small glimmer is whether they can sell Booth Industries. Booth is a very good business with a good order book. Telecomms and Jex are too small to bring in enough money although they too are saleable. It is the Jordan businesses which have been a huge cash drain as they waited for the Hinkley C work to ramp up.

However, it is now clear that there is no reasonable prospect that a viable solution for additional funding capacity can be found and the board is now investigating all alternative options to optimise value for the company's stakeholders,' it said. 'The board notes that the outcome of this process and its impact on the company's stakeholders remains uncertain.' So there is a small glimmer - Downings Gung-ho comments really leave a lot to be desired -

Additionally all major stakeholders have been buying up equity? - So it makes little sense so soon - Lets see where these stakeholders take this - Whatever small glimmer there is in the statement there is a small glimmer yet -

Very costly Nico - I think they may look to get bids for the company but whether anything transpires remains to be seen - Downing seem to have a reckless approach to comments - They have not said yet that there is no value in the equity, however I'm not sure where this will go - I hope stakeholders ( whom the company did approach) push for an equity sale -

That French company which was sniffing around years ago will probably buy Booth from the administrator. The Yate facility might be closed down and the Telecomms business and Jex will be sold. A sad end to this pile of junk.

I wonder what downing makes of the situation considering they though a buyer could be sought for the company - It truly is very disappointing to see this -

The Board notes that the outcome of this process and its impact on the Company's stakeholders remains uncertain. - I just wonder whether there is a possibility someone will take out the equity - A 2 million loan was provided by the largest two shareholders -
