Richard Griffiths declares an interest. I'm always faintly puzzled when someone accumulates a declarable holding and it's all CFDs and spreadbets. They don't come with voting rights afaiaa, so why the declaration?

Edit: The RNS says they do come with voting rights. Anyone understand this?
