I have heard a rumour that Nexus Management will soon make a bid for AIM listed Red Squared Plc.

From the accounts...............
The management remains committed to grow aggressively both organically and
through acquisition as befits a Company of our small size.

Boris Adlam, Chairman of specialist IT Managed Services
provider Nexus Management PLC, said all resolutions at the company's AGM have
been passed, and this "will enable the company to pursue an aggressive
acquisition strategy".

results must be out this week, until then back to sleep!.......................

It's a long time since we had an update, so it will be interesting to find out what the company has been doing? Not sure if there are any market expectation but some think a full year profit of £100k could be achieved. I am interested in any contract news as a large deal could really bring us some excitment and a solid uplift in profits.

It is remarkable how market sentiment seems to be affecting this without any specific news. There have been an awful lot of profit warnings in the minnows this year and unemployment is rising significantly and houses are falling in some areas now. It's like saying more are getting injured in car accidents. Does it mean you will be? I don't know whether what is affecting other small caps will affect RDS or not. At least they should be getting more interest on the large cash balance so are better off than some.

Don't have level 2 but you the fxxk is on the bid @ 6p...this wxxker mm has no chance......maybe the americans are right the AIM is like a casino....what is the point of research i am out of here!!!!!!good night.

They just announced a significant deal at the results and most of the business is on long term contracts so a short term decline seems unlikely. Small caps have been suffering a bit lately with a fair few profit warnings. A few holders might have got spooked by today's bad market.

The only Daniel Stewart projections are well over a year old whcih were talking about EPS 09/06 0.4P 09/07 1.3P. If they can achieve these numbers with over nearly 1 mil cash then they would look extremely cheap with those growth numbers.
Has anyone got DS's official projections for the forthcoming interims as if they were going to be materially out they would have had to issue a trading statement by now.

big fella they have cash of 970k and next results in june should read to 6 months 1.5m turnover with 120k profit...look at the news flow!!!!

I bought these when they floated on OFEX and sold at a small lose shortly afterwards. I haven't followed them since so would appreciate a summary to kick start some research.

I would like to thank the mm's for droping the price so i could buy 20k @ 8p...please do me a favour and drop it to 7.5 to buy...so i can buy into one of the most undervalued company's on AIM...I have been adding for the last 2 years this will serve me well in my old age, 1 year from now this will be 20p.....once again thanks.
