Apologies for pushing the share price down as I had to reduce my holding to 6m shares as another transaction ran me out of cash. Nothing to do with my view of the company just a miscalculation.

The gold price is slipping in US$ terms but rising in A$ terms and even more so in dilapidated GB£s. The £s fall against the A$ continues to improve matters further. The gold and silver sector down under is not nearly as drab as in the US and Canada. Exploration has hit a boom period in gold.

Yes, they probably wanted more. Have to buy in the open market now

I see the issue of the notes as a bullish signal, they are going to supporters of the company who understand that significant value could be unlocked, they are clearly keen to increase their stake in Red Rock.

I believe Mr Lundy is a major shareholder in Red Rock and Elephant Oil, it appears the major shareholders are fully supportive of Red Rock at this time.

There will be an interview & Q&A event with Mr Bell next Tuesday, it will be a interesting listen + I expect some news beforehand.

Red Rock looks primed for a decent move, the shares were 1.35p last year before recent developments.

It's annoying the company is issuing these convertible notes at such a low conversion price and with warrants when we are led to believe that cash should be incoming

Some larger shareholders that are usually involved in financing the company, are also big shareholders in Elephant Oil. They will obviously know when the USA listing will occur so likely to buy RRR stock when they know it's happening

It's good to see RRR shares back to 0.6p bid which should see most back on to the positive ground.

With so many near term catalysts we could be looking at double figures in short order.

Greekhovel, I had alluded to as much myself:

With Matt Lofgran at the helm at Elephant I am expecting a scramble for stock at the opening and a possible close of $10 on the day. Further buying could easily see $50.

Therefore 397,873 shares at $50 = $19,893,650. Add in the possible $200m from DRC and $400m from Zimbabwe and I can see RIO/BHP knocking on the door. Could RRR take them over?

Some further buying on the Musonoi Area 1 (copper) Arbitration and Elephant Oil IPO. Should push on like Power Metal to 0.75p.
The Aussie gold interest, Power Metal shareholding, and royalty packages are more good news arriving much further down the line.
The £ continues to sink against the dollar making all C$, A$, and US$ interests worth more.

The wealth generated by imminent floatation of Elephant Oil (EO) to 2 or 3 large Red Rock shareholders could be very meaningful indeed, it runs into $3m+ for one individual, some proceeds may find there way to RRR equity.

Red Rock themselves hold 397,873 shares - at mid IPO price equates to $1,850,109, quite significant for a £7m valued company - the book value is a mere circa £150,000.

By now certain individuals would have wind of how supportive investors are for EO stock, if after market demand is strong then RRR could be sitting on a materially enhanced number - far higher than $1.85m.

No wonder the shares are rising.

Mr Bell is presenting and answering questions on Stockbox media early next week, with volume increasing it makes you wonder if some material news is coming out beforehand.

The market is re-rating for a reason, that re-rate could be a material one, if the share price hit 1p the company would be valued at around £12m, hardly demanding.

Gradually edging higher to the 0.9p - 1p level but a fair way to go until the market reads this one properly. Every good reason to not trust Red Rock as an investment due to the ragged past. This time there are two positions in DRC and IPO in the USA that appear certain and another waiting to IPO in Australia.

I did remember Cyprus as you remind us every week or more. Well done I think! Jimano Limited is mentioned in the Annual Report to 30 June 2021. It's not clarified very well. Doubtful it has anything to do with Jimano Pizzeria Company. It's all a puzzle to me. It appears to have a valuation of £1.4 million based on an offer but then adjusted. Fidesta Limited must know all about it.

"it is very clear they do not want their holdings diluted hence no placings."

And yet barely three weeks ago:

25 July 2022

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company with interests gold and base metals, principally in Africa and Australia, announces that it has issued GBP623,000 of Convertible Notes ("Notes") with accompanying Warrants ("Warrants") to high net worth investors.

"failure will no longer be accepted." But expected by all sane people. So there is that.

17 years is a bloody long time.

The plain fact is that the major shareholders in Red Rock appear to be supporting Mr Bell financially until liquidity events occur, it is very clear they do not want their holdings diluted hence no placings.

It is interesting to note that a certain Mr Lundy is listed as a major shareholder in Elephant Oil having around 750,000 shares which could be worth $3.75m, Mr Lundy is one of RRR's larger shareholders as is Mr Topham who personally holds 17%.

My understanding is the major shareholders expect results, as such the long established status quo of material underperformance will no longer be accepted by them.

Mr Bell has recently upped is stake in Red Rock, it is getting interesting, failure will no longer be accepted.
