15/8/2022 21:46 | Doubt existing holders get warrants. Also you would expect ipo to be perhaps a few percent below market value not 60% dyor | sportboyslima
15/8/2022 19:58 | Matt Lofgran - nearly as clean as Ettie. If not cleaner. | kemche
15/8/2022 17:06 | Elephant oil IPO in black and white. Closing August hxxps://www.sec.gov/ | captain_kurt
15/8/2022 17:06 | It seems the Elephant Oil IPO in the US is on with a initial price range of $4.15c to $5.15c per share, there will only be circa 15m shares in issue on listing. Most interesting is there will be a 1 for 1 warrant with a 5 year life priced at $5.81c, this means that existing holders could sell their stake and still retain a significant interest in EO, if a oil discovery was made these warrants could be very lucrative indeed. Based on the RNS dated 5th August Red Rock hold circa 398,000 shares in EO, at mid IPO price would value their stake at $1.85m, at current exchange rates £1.5m. Mr Bell has previously stated he felt there could be significant interest post IPO, if so that £1.5m value could propel upwards quickly. | mininglamp
15/8/2022 16:27 | Elephant Oil proceeds should easily be 5 to 10 million - after the obligatory lock in period. Then whoosh! No stock available anywhere. | kemche
15/8/2022 15:52 | Looks like the elephant IPO is finally happening | captain_kurt
15/8/2022 15:36 | Quite a lot of buying in the last few days. Maybe some late buys after the meeting. Hopefully the 0.8p - 0.9p level is not far away. | noirua

14/8/2022 23:22 | Could this week be the announcement of the much awaited French translation? The imminency could be here. For once and for all. | kemche
14/8/2022 22:59 | PJL4 - I think you are referring to UXA Resources. If so the company is dormant as it holds Uranium Tenements that are not viable. We are off topic so best go to the appropriate web page. | noirua
14/8/2022 22:43 | Noirua - I still have the shares - worthless, lol. think my nickname was Peterz. Did we get any money from the Felix take over? I live in hope. | pjl4
13/8/2022 15:14 | IF RRR had the same move as Amazon then the price would be £1,898 per share. So there is that. | kemche
13/8/2022 14:20 | Just for fun! Red Rock has a market cap of £5.81 million A$10 million - the same as Auiron Energy in 2003. A similar move by Red Rock from its low point of 0.18p would take the shares to 12p - 19p. Red Rock has had a lot of placings. Auiron/ Felix had just one rights issue from 2003 until 2008 - however, they did have a merger with White Mining Limited in 2004. Also, AMCI bought RMMs holding during 2007. | noirua
12/8/2022 22:59 | I see, further back than I was thinking. Auiron Energy changed its name in 2004 to Felix Resources. A 67 bagger in 2008 during the coal mining boom - as the shares fell to 1.25p in London some see it as a 110 bagger. Since taken over by Yanzhou Coal of China in 2009. Once a market cap of A$10 million in 2003 and A$4.3 billion in 2008 - hopefully Red Rock can do the same. Probably a hope too far. | noirua
12/8/2022 22:35 | Or did we share interest in Airon - not right spelling, it may have gone bust and White energy. We certainly have had some BB conversations. My name may have changed slightly. | pjl4
12/8/2022 22:12 | PJL4, I can't remember you ever posting on RRR threads before. Anyway, I hope the shares recover. Information currently is in the header - good luck | noirua
