What price? That is the question. Can they get them away at 0.51p? And what will PG do? Subscribe or dump?

#RRR has had for several years an investment in Elephant Oil: this 'sleeper' with attractive oil acreage onshore Benin may now be waking up https://twitter.com/RRR_RedRock/status/1134080703765852161 VIDEO: Https://youtu.be/8TnDp9CSiHA

PG will no doubt be given another chance to get in even cheaper.

PG probably got upset when he saw the largest investor in RRR CT given the opportunity to pick up stock at 0.51p and free warrants thrown into the bag at 0.75p. He is in my view wrong to take a gamble at being able to get back in at 0.51p or less. UVEL

It's all about the fundraising here - not so much about cable rate or even copper price really. But you know that already. What price has been agreed? Are the bucket shops in already?

The strong US$ against the GB£ at under US$1.27 helps with the value of overseas assets and any bid for Musonoi Area 1, remembering of course that a bid for Red Rock is a far cheaper way of going about it. The AU$ is also climbing back from lows. UVEL

PG has sold and bought back shares in the past through his Swiss Investment Company. Manoeuvring and slipping in and out of shares or reducing and increasing appears to be the name of the company's game. Previous moves were good to reduce in March last year and buying back in at lower levels. More recent buying was less so but it may be a case of needing cash to fill a gap.

I suspect a fundraising in a period of rather less than 12 months. Just a hunch. I suspect Ettie knows that too. And possibly Noirua too. :) But only a suspicion mind!

VUP Copper/Cobalt J/V Https://www.rrrplc.com/projects-and-investments/copper-cobalt/vup-copper-cobalt-jv/ The most recent tonnage estimate for the historic Musonoi super pit is 26,500,000 tonnes at 4.27% Cu and 0.57% Co, yielding 1,131,550 tonnes Cu metal and 151,050 tonnes Cobalt. The in-situ value of the Company's resource in the ground is USD 125Bn. Musonoi has been historically mined to a depth of 105m, and similar mines in the region including Glencore's Katanga project, have mined high grade Copper and Cobalt to depths of several times that level. Red Rock's consultant geologists have conducted desktop studies of historical data in the license area and have identified deposit potential of up to 400,000 tons of contained copper and 25,000+ of cobalt, based primarily on analysis of historical reports covering 83 drill holes, assays, and over 750 pages of reports. The license forms part of the historic "Musonoi Super Deposit", with the Company's license covering part of the Western Pit. Typical grades in the area range from 3-5% Copper and 0.5%-1% Cobalt. [ Red Rock drilling results are due at any time - lock in my friends. When news is announced it will be too late ]

If AB dilutes by any significant amount when there are shares/assets that can be sold would leave AB in a difficult position with shareholders whilst taking salary and bonuses. I will be voting against anything the BoD does or the election of directors if the BoD awards themselves another bonus without appreciable growth in shareholder value, it would be unacceptable.

The problem is that should they be sold then all shareholders know exactly what will happen to that money. Don't we Noirua? No, I suspect that a fundraising is still on its way. Eh Noirua?

I wouldn't rule out a sale of Jupiter shares as Chairman Brian Gilbertson of Jupiter has sold their holding on behalf of Gemsfield to pay their shareholders a dividend - they've been in a form of revolt for several years. The sale was at about 30.5c + 2.5c dividend to AMCI. Having the JMS shares sitting there worth about £3.65 million is satisfying and shareholders realise there is no cause for alarm on the cash front. Half are now out of escrow.

I don't think we will see a fund raising for at least 12 months ...........except if there is a serious deal on the table/resource to be developed in which case RRR may need to fund raise to obtain as big a slice of the cake as possible. Why do I say that given that costs relative to income are relatively high? Bonus JMS Dividend November JMS dividend Recent fund raising, so cash in the bank AB will not want to dilute his and major shareholders holdings Return of loan(s) and potential for El Limon dividend to increase. The ability to sell some shares. If AB needs to fund raise to cover ordinary costs without some prospects advancing then he has probably lost the plot.
