With regard to the NBGC float, I think RRR and POW should award their shareholders 10% of the shares FREE of the remaining 80% Both companies should hold onto 25% each and sell off the remaining 30% into the market👍€077;

It would appear significant cash could shortly come from the IPO of Elephant Oil, Mr Bell has suggested the shareholding could be worth anything between £1m to £2m

EO are to be listed in the US, there is no doubt that oil companies are all the rage at the moment.

It is interesting to see that EO updated the shareholder register a few days ago, things seem to be moving quickly now.

Red Rock are one of the more significant shareholders in EO, circa 1.1m shares out of the currently issued 24.5m

Red Rock in fact have a small interest in Elephant Oil. Red Rock held a small 4.76% interest in Elephant Oil Limited costing £275,000. It has a carried book value of £137,500.

Silver Elephant Corporation managed to hive off three subsidiaries, as explained in a previous post, and raised funds at the same time. All has gone well in a poor market place. So RRR and POW could fairly easily do the same.

My own view for the NBGC flotation is to hive off 50% of the shares to shareholders in Power Metal and Red Rock. At the same time offering the other 50% first to shareholders and secondly to other investors to raise cash for the company and to cover the costs of both Red Rock and Power Metal.

I notice a company Silver Elephant Mining Corporation TSX:ELEF is doing similar but is hiving off 3 subsidiaries.

Starting drilling raises enthusiasm no doubt. We have seen the outcome for ADV where the share price crashed. So good, but more likely by some distance to be uncommercial.

Red Rock's likely outcomes look in plus territory BUT cash will be needed sooner than not and Jupiter and Power Metal share holdings see the share prices way down.

That should not be seen as a share sale, all directors have increased their holdings.

The sale by one was simply to generate monies to cover the exercise of options which would otherwise expire at the end of the month. A pity that only half of the 2016 options met their performance conditions but the market has been abhorrent for several years.

Correction, 3 of the past 6 years have been positive for the share price so we are running at a 50% success rate. Let us now have another good year.

Yes, just a small dilution - dilution all the same however. Concerned the market at the time. Maybe a "Mac the knife' situation, forward thinking, who knows?

Did Junior not want to partake in the unbridled millions? How odd!

No stock available - all sold out.

I'm not sure what to make of Scott K's move to sell so few shares. Maybe he needs a new gas boiler and radiators.
The options being converted at this stage, not warrants, does point to them being sold. Or does it?

Hi Noirua, I have always been bullish and thought you had turned negative. How odd!

Hi kemche, you appear to have turned negative all of a sudden. It was your bullish comments that made me see that the worms have returned to surface amongst the casts.

I do think AB has got his bit between his teeth on NBGC, Kenya, Musonoi and Luanshimba. At this stage Red Rock looks the equal of Power Metal with a lower market cap - both high risk.

Selling CRCL must have irked Junior.

Agreed Greek. A tight spot. Having sold most of the family silver or pledged elsewhere the cupboards must be empty by now. I recall Tom mentioning that Ettie was drinking at the last chance saloon. The question must surely be has he drunk it dry?

Even Primary Bid would be difficult because over the years most of the BBMs have been bled dry and there is only a finite supply of them. Notice how the plethora of interviews and podcasts barely moves the dial now.

Alas a "judgement" on its own will not feed many mouths so he has to pull a rabbit out of a hat for the continued "admin" trough.

Tight spot indeed.

Yes, the share price does not represent the assets that the company holds. Apart from the possible financial gain from the VUP award for damages, (assuming that they pay up) the stock price of RRR remains grossly undervalued just based on the Kenya gold asset.

I still think a deal in the DRC "Luanshimba project", could be around the corner? It does seem to be taking quite a while to realize the drill results, are we in early discussions?? Have we found good copper grades? common RRR pull a rabbit out of the hat.

Also, a rough date for Aus gold assets could give us a lift, I think gold has seen off the lows and we should start moving upwards now toward 1900 pretty soon.

All just my opinion, dyor etc.

Juno Minerals is materially undervalued, much like Red Rock.

After an excellent year for the share price in 2020, last year saw an unwelcome but somewhat understandable pause for breath. 2022 however has all the hallmarks of being another stellar year for shareholders. The market cap has no right in being single digit millions, let's set that right forthwith.

The Juno share price should see a lift in the short term.

RRRs Juno Minerals shareholding at 1,216,108 shares is now worth only £81,000 at only 12.5c. There may well be a move from here.

The gold price is holding at yesterday's high and attempting a march forth. My belief is that the little bell did ring yesterday at 2.30pm and a gradual recovery in an uncertain manner will happen from here.
