misterx, it is possible that those holding a lot of shares in Red Rock or take part in placings have built up a greater knowledge of the companies assets. When I held 7.2 million shares I always received letters directly from Red Rock whenever my vote of support was needed and an invitation to phone. I have found the company's Chairman beguiling but not in my view in a deceptive way - maybe a bit like Boris Johnson our Prime Minister (with a bit of Donald Trump thrown in for luck - I jest.) Both guileful in a cunning intelligent way and artful in a skillful and crafty way.

The company's failure to complete contracts in the short term has been far from good. However, the Kenyan exploration appears back on track. Will it work out in the end? Maybe a few know far more than I do?
The Australian assets are due to float on the TSXV. I've no on-the-ground knowledge of its advancement. Some may well be far more knowledgeable than I.

The above two interests are a make or break for Red Rock. So you can see that built-up knowledge on these two interests would be crucial for substantial holders.

Red Rock has shareholdings in Jupiter Mines and Power Metal that could be sold if cash concerns arrived in difficult markets. Small investors who are unable to stump up in placing opportunities may be holding off as the share price declines toward 0.75p the conversion price of recent placings. Some may well point out the recent placing at 1.05p that was successful.

So Red Rock is a very high risk that may well come off well in the end. However, the mining sector is highly volatile so it could turn seriously negative.

No position here but curious as to why so many TR1 holders are satisfied with the situation at Red Rock. Maybe they know something others don't.

The share price seems to have established a base also, might be worth a punt.

Another new 3% holder appears, there seems to be quite a few now at RRR, are they all going to gang up on Mr Bell at the next AGM.

It was a VERY wise move by the larger shareholders to restrict Mr Bell's ability to issue shares,
often when a position is threatened the tactic is a large equity issue to dilute the rebels stakes ahead of
any vote.

Could be a interesting H2 at Red Rock.

Another death spiral or a straight fundraise?

So much for weasel Bell promising so much news they would not be able to write it up fast enough, that claim was made months ago, since then nothing !

Are the major shareholders seriously suggesting that Bell needs to be kept in place because he can speak French and has a few contacts in Africa, what a load
of bull !

Why not indeed Noirua. All excellent points well made. It was all about the rise between 0.18p and 0.3p that the mass of investors here participated in and for which they are indeed giddy with glee. But not the others. At least a couple of them.

Shameless. Endlessly.

Anyone who purchased RRR shares between 0.18p and 0.3p is probably still celebrating their good fortune having closed the exit door venturing forth with over 1p a share and jolly good luck to them.

Having seen this rise from 0.18p to 1.15p both kemche and Torp are thought to have nearly choked on their vodka or candy sweets. As was seen by one of their number being absent without leave from this thread for long periods. The other driven to just commenting with one-liners like Bob Hope and we cant help of course laugh and why not indeed.

AB will be able to see there is a good chance of the many prospects on the go at Red Rock coming to fruition. Talk of him taking a back seat at this stage would only happen for personal reasons and therefore unlikely. The DRC interest needs his knowledge of the French language and Government workings in that domain.

More likely that various interests will be floated with their own directors or sold off. At a certain stage, Power Metal and Red Rock will be very similar and a joining together of the companies is more than likely.

Andrew Bell must be up for re-election at the next AGM, his position has not been voted on since 2017.

Interesting they acknowledge in the Annual Report that his position of CEO and Chairman is not good governance.

Would not rule out Gervaise Heddle being appointed as CEO of Red Rock Australasia in due course.

The Paul Johnson, Andrew Bell, Gervaise Heddle combination worked at Greatland Gold PLC.

Heddle has resigned his appointment at GGP having made a small fortune in the process.

Watch this space.
