11/6/2021 14:44 | RRR's largest shareholder reduced his holding slightly after the warrant conversion. May or may not be a cause for concern. | noirua
11/6/2021 10:03 | He is still waiting for the funds to clear from Cyprus no doubt. And the repayment from Amulet. And Steelmin etc | kemche
11/6/2021 09:49 | Another week of nothing from weasel Andrew Bell, promises the earth - delivers nothing. In another interview he suggested he had joint venture partners lined up once they received the Kenyan gold licences back, he even suggested he had parties interested in buying the project - what happened - NOTHING ! Bell is bullet proof, a serial destroyer of shareholder value, he has no qualms looking wiped out legacy shareholders in the face and blaming them for making their investment in the first instance. He needs to be removed ASAP. | grimreaper2019
10/6/2021 19:53 | Greekhovel - 29 Oct 2020 - 08:21:36 - 459 of 1014 POWER METAL RESOURCES PLC - POW Why should mug punters pay 1.5p/1.6p/1.7p when there are 300m warrants out there to be converted at .70p & 1p, all being orderly forward sold. Mugs paying current rates are lining the pockets of the privileged few. Looks a slam dunk sell down to 1.1p/1.2p, more-so given the upcoming market meltdown, risk is off Hmmm. Why indeed. | kemche
10/6/2021 17:50 | "When will the reign of Bell-end?!" I see what you did there. | kemche
10/6/2021 17:45 | Oh dear - really Tom? | kemche
10/6/2021 17:42 | Worth noting that Andrew Bell is the Exec Chairman of Power Metal Resources, this has not prevented the shares multi bagging. | greekhovel
10/6/2021 13:27 | Perhaps he will spend more on admin so that RRRs ability to write things up is improved. When will the reign of Bell-end?! | onlyroadtoheaven
10/6/2021 08:22 | Bell the weasel said in March during one of his 'soft' podcasts 'the news flow will outpace our ability to write it up' Next to nothing since, why do the major shareholders in Red Rock keep him in place one wonders ? | grimreaper2019
08/6/2021 09:44 | The above post is plainly obvious to every onlooker except the major shareholders of Red Rock, for some fantasy reason they believe in keeping Bell in place, albeit they have clipped his wings and authority to issue shares. If they are not careful their material stakes will be diluted into oblivion just like every major shareholder has been in the past - fools and money are easily parted ! The best bet here is a trading spike on news, with Bell in place there will be no sustainable shareholder value increase. | grimreaper2019
08/6/2021 09:43 | He will not resign - there is still "Admin" to be had. | kemche
08/6/2021 09:28 | If bell resigns the share price will instantly double | neo26
04/6/2021 15:01 | Mikei Gold Project, Kenya December 2020 The next stage will focus on drilling and will involve more work on the higher-grade areas and on expanding the resource. The next stages of exploration will aim to increase the size of the resource and its grade. On 22 February 2021, a newly amended JORC resource was announced: 15.13 Mt @ 1.49 g/t Au with a contained metal content of 723 koz Au. Tailings are 68,000 ounces Au at 1.7g/t. | noirua
04/6/2021 12:14 | In the Stockbox interview recorded on 8th February Bell the weasel says regarding placings.... "we hope we do not have to do it (a placing) for a long time" he then goes on and says he does not want to do anything dilutive. 4 days later he raises £1m via a placing, he knew when he said the above they were raising yet mislead investors, should he have been allowed to make such a misleading statement to prospective investors ? You decide ! Listen to the weasel 11 mins 35 secs in | grimreaper2019
04/6/2021 11:38 | It's all about the "Admin". | kemche
04/6/2021 11:22 | The major shareholder list has not been updated since May last year so who knows who they are. Bell spends more time on Twitter rambling on about politics and virus issues than he does working for Red Rock, he is simply not motivated to deliver shareholder value, his numerous 'soft' podcasts never mention the aim is deliver shareholder value for Red Rock shareholders. Until he goes the only thing that will ever happen at Red Rock will be share issues and ever more dilution. | grimreaper2019
04/6/2021 10:42 | It's called being had over a barrel. | kemche
04/6/2021 09:29 | Shareholder transactions in Red Rock Resources: 1620 Capital Pty: Mr C R Topham: | noirua
04/6/2021 09:03 | Red Rock Resources plc Issue of Equity 23 April 2019 18:41 Placed at 0.51p with warrants at 0.75p. £323,750 raised. Thought to have been issued to Red Rock's largest shareholder. | noirua
04/6/2021 08:47 | Andrew "Teflon" Bell. How the hell does he still head up RRR? To be fair he has some balls. | onlyroadtoheaven
04/6/2021 08:44 | Very positive indeed! Sheesh! "Admin" | kemche
04/6/2021 08:03 | Well £200,000 raised via warrant conversion, one assumes from a friendly shareholder(s) will enable RRR to take up the 20m POW warrants with ease. That's a positive. | the_debt_collector |
