The CEO has just been to Africa and has hinted about another IPO, could they be looking to float the Kenyan project, according to the website it contains £1.2m ounces of gold.

Surely a 1.2m gold project would be valued north of £10m, then there are the liquid assets which the CEO believes are worth £10m+

In all a bundle of projects/assets worth, at least, double the current market value of the entire company.

The rise in volume is not without grounds, shares look cheap.

How does Mt Ida compare with the Rio Tinto and BHP areas? How do the prospective extraction costs at Mt Ida compare with the actual ones for Rio and BHP?

Very positive interview, re Juno - covers Mount Ida where a $8m royalty will be paid to RRR should certain works complete + Bell believes Juno shares could rise 10 fold which make the RRR stake worth circa £2m

Also says Aussie IPO will add significant value to RRR

It may not be too ansible especially instantaneous communication wise to see the advantages of a merger between Power Metal and Red Rock. Both are moving in similar directions with assets that may be sold or marketed in an IPO.

Bell said on 25th March that 'the news flow will outpace our ability to write it up'

2 months on next to nothing.

Bell is trying to replicate Paul Johnson, the only difference is Johnson delivers news
almost daily whereas Bell seems more busy on Twitter regarding virus & political issues.

Extension of Insider Warrants - Power Metal

On 19 February 2021 the company announced a 3 month extension to 40 million Financing Warrants (issued in February 2019 to participants of the Company refinancing) held by insiders and connected parties (the "Insider Warrants") and a new expiry date of 18 May 2021.

The extension was granted due to the impending release of audited financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2020 and given the level of ongoing operational activity that may frequently restrict the exercise of Insider Warrants due to the holders being in possession of price sensitive information.

The Insider Warrants remaining outstanding as at 17 May 2021 are as follows:

Warrant Holder Number of Warrants Exercise Price

Paul Johnson ------------- 10,000,000 ------------- 1.0p

Andrew Bell -------------- 10,000,000 ------------- 1.0p

Red Rock Resources plc --- 20,000,000 ------------- 1.0p

As a result of the above, the Insider Warrants held by Paul Johnson (Chief Executive Officer of Power Metal), Andrew Bell (Chairman of Power Metal and Red Rock Resources plc) and those held by Red Rock Resources plc, cannot be exercised by the expiry date of 18 May 2021.

Reflecting the above the Company has extended the Insider Warrants expiry date by a further three months to a new expiry date of 18 August 2021.

Here I suppose may be advice "Laisse-moi te donner un conseil".
Yes indeed from EK. This may or perhaps even will help floundering investors in microcap miners:

On two occasions investor wise I was on the one hand swindled and on the other robbed no doubt about it IMHO. Now I laugh probably at myself when I look back and see I over invested in UXA Resources Limited and Oxus Gold Limited, silly me. Take it on the chin and I remember luck came my way with St Barbara Mines/ Endeavor Resources Limited, Felix Resources Limited and Univision Engineering Limited. "Laisse-moi te donner un conseil" take it on the chin and down you go, grumble not, accuse not, regret not. Pick oneself up and plod on and smile all the way. Good luck guys and I really and sincerely mean that.

There are a number of kicks to the nads coming, as always, and the share price will respond accordingly.

Do not listen to the yaysayers as they have been wrong for the last decade at least.

RRR has said they intend to hive off their assets into listed companies where independent management will be sourced, one suspects they are following the model of Power Metals.

The market has not recognised the significance of the obvious tie up with Paul Johnson , the shrewd are buyers, there are a number of value kicks coming, the share price will respond accordingly.

Listen to the naysayers at your peril, they will not apologise if RRR shares double/treble (just like Corcel did) a RRR re-rate will come soon enough.

Bell has destroyed so many investors wealth it is no wonder there are some very very bitter entities determined to trash Red Rock at every turn.

The issue is TRUST, Bell cannot be trusted, his lust for the next 'must do deal' will never go away, he has failed to deliver any value from the large portfolio of investments and projects so far so why should anyone expect him to do so in the future.

Note the squabble occurring on LSE between a fellow who purports to have recently invested £200,000 in Red Rock and a couple of formally well healed stale bulls, the stale bulls are 100% correct in pointing out the market will never re-rate Red Rock so long as Bell runs the show.

The large retail shareholders had the chance to remove Bell but for some reason, best known to themselves, decided not to, well, as the saying goes, fools and money are easily parted.

Until Bell goes shares in Red Rock are no more than a trading punt, in view of upcoming news/events the shares may bounce from current levels but it will be short lived.
