Current m/cap £10m

Cash & liquid investments.... £5m
IPO of Aussie projects..... £5m+
IPO of Juno and Elephant Oil.... £1m-£2m
IPO of Kenya Gold - JORC 1.2moz..... £8m-£10m
DRC project (copper/cobalt) £2m-£3m

Juno starts trading this week which will mean more value enhancement for Red Rock.

Looks like another IPO is coming, making four, Bell hints at this in this recent interview, is the Kenya gold project about to be IPO'ed if so that could be worth as much as RRR's current m/cap

Good news re elephant oil - it has the potential to be a massive company with their acreage in Benin, this is just the start.It's taken a few years to get this far, but well worth the wait. Good investment and diversification for RRR.

Not a time to be out of RRR, the news is just starting, the shrewd are buying, Juno lists this week so another RNS coming.

The investment portfolio alone is worth more than the current m/cap, the market will latch on eventually.

ELEPHANT OIL LIMTED now Elephant Oil Corporation 362,318 shares.
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has received an offer (which it has accepted) in respect of its shareholding in EOL to exchange its shares in EOL for shares in Elephant Oil Corp. ("EOC"). Red Rock will receive one third of a share of common stock in the capital of EOC for each ordinary share held by the Company in EOL resulting in the issue to Red Rock of 362,318 shares in EOC.

Metal prices surging across the board makes RRR very attractive, their policy of listing projects, spinning them out, makes a great deal of sense.

I suspect Paul Johnson has a great deal to do with policy here despite not being on the BOD, Bell and Johnson worked together to revive Greatland Gold and look what happened there.

I would not be surprised to see Gervaise Heddle take the CEO position at the soon to be listed Australian project, Bell has hinted a new team would be coming onboard.

It strikes me that Red Rock is a much changing entity, materially undervalued in my considered opinion.

Next week Juno will list on the ASX, more value creation for Red Rock.

No wonder the shares are being bought and the trend is UP.

With gold surging ahead through we could easily sell our Lemon royalties to Barrick for an easy $40m to $50m. Amulet and Steelmin could easily fetch $100m between them.

I have been averaging down here and at CRCL and CZN too - all at giveaway prices ahead of major re-ratings. But not fundraisings.

Torp & his chums were bashing when RRR was .65p in December, anyone foolish enough to follow their 'advice' missed out on a double bagger when the shares hit 1.35p in early February.

Buy low sell high, the next move up could faster, 2p+ coming soon, propelled a tidal wave of news.

With gold surging ahead through $1800oz it makes Red Rock's Mikei Gold Project in Kenya particularly interesting, especially with a JORC resource of 1.2m oz (inferred and indicated)

If this was a listed proposition the market would probably value this as much as RRR's current £10m m/cap.

Just another example as to why the company seems materially undervalued.

I have bought more today, as have others so it seems.

Even at 3p a share RRR would only be valued at £36m - hardly demanding.

God its just so laughable. Desperate desperate rampers. Always the same "jam tomorrow" BS.

Bell has been giving out chirpy statements for 15 years now and all he does is just keep issuing more and more shares. Just needs ever new mugpunters to buy the placing shares to keep the gravy train going..

So glad I'm not one of the suckers

Total avoid for me, total POS imo.
