For me it's all about the future adventures really. Whatever fleecing has happened in the past has happened and whatever money has been swindled has been swindled. It is the future swindles that I am interested in.
As long as I continue to be paid and enjoy the world jollies until I retire or am called by Mr Reaper then I don't really give a..........

£1m+ of outstanding CLNs are due for repayment 19th Dec. Where is the money
coming from for that? Answer seems obvious to me, imminent dilution.

Yesterday's RNS confirmed that RRR are back in bed with Cornhill Capital,
the brokers fined by LSE for advance selling of placing shares.

If you invest at this point and run into a dilution then you only have
yourself to blame imho. The MO here is very well established.

Gosh wouldn't it be a total coincidence if, just before they want to do a
placing, they were to announce news of Musoini or Kenya?!!!!

Look out for it, don't get caught imho

Time will tell on this as we are all aware that cash is low with only the Jupiter dividend expected in November. Jupiter shares have fallen and are worth only £2.89 million and together with POW and Para shares a little more at £3.24 million.

Much depends on the mining license in Kenya being awarded or rubber stamped by the Mining Minister. The other is the JORC resource at Musonoi that has been very much delayed and casting doubts and uncertainties.

I know the son is based abroad elsewhere and was at one time providing "services" to related companies = RGM for example - are we using that as the mule still?

Steelmin was prevented from succeeding over a matter of decades, not mere months. The final advance made should be seen as a calculated attempt to rescue the previous investment made. In hindsight it may appear rash but one was not to know at the time how close to the edge they were. Amulet was a special purpose vehicle created to tap an existing asset with funds raised for sampling and risk assessment. The risk reward was not there so it was a bet that did not come off, nothing untoward about that. If the investment case is not there it is useful to know at the earliest opportunity with the damage minimised, we write off and move on.
