Red Rock Resources Plc announces that it has been informed of dealings on 6 January 2019 by a director in the Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence ("Shares") in the Company.

Mr Andrew Bell, a director, has purchased 6,307,102 Shares at a price of 0.687 pence and sold 6,861,093 Shares at a price of 0.65 pence, in order to accomplish the transfer of a holding from a personal trading account to his pension fund.
