14/7/2022 18:23 | Chairman Andrew Bell hasn't tweeted at all on Red Rock as of posting: AB is discussing politics and no mention of DRC. It is difficult to speak about an RNS as Red Rock is only seeking payment of money due to them and awarded by the court. This information is already part of previous RNSs. The Red Rock Twitter account regurgitated the previous Youtube video yesterday. It appears to be a reminder of what AB said in the first few minutes. 8 July 2022: AB has said he has achieved what he came here [DRC] to achieve. Is he pleased, "Yes" - "I'd better not go into too much detail until next week." As AB stayed on in DRC the following week it is not known for sure when an announcement will be made. | noirua
14/7/2022 18:11 | A late trade of over 3 million shares at 0.451p. | noirua
14/7/2022 17:39 | If that's what you want to believe so be it - others who have followed proceedings closely suggest the end game is in sight. The A news is not new as it is a way of bringing parties together which Mr Bell has always suggested needed to happen, it may only apply to part of the claim also. Not long now IMO. | mininglamp
14/7/2022 17:13 | From his tweet it's gone into arbitration. Don't expect a quick resolution now | captain_kurt
14/7/2022 17:04 | If he flies in via Cyprus then we could be quids in. | kemche
14/7/2022 16:24 | Only a few minutes left to buy Red Rock shares. I have added more this week gradually and I'm done for now. I will be very surprised if there is no RNS tonight or tomorrow. | noirua
14/7/2022 16:12 | It looks as if Gecamines may offer AB a seat on Gecamines Board - Associate Director that is as the Chairman wants the company to go private. They do not seem to want him to go and he may get Honorary Citizenship of DRC. Seriously though these companies like to keep people waiting and see themselves as solvers of little problems in their higher echelons of life. | noirua
14/7/2022 15:21 | Guessing he gets closer to $6m than $12m. Hope I'm wrong. | sportboyslima
14/7/2022 14:55 | Mind you sitting on the US$s is giving Red Rock a far better exchange rate profit compared to GB£s than has ever gone before. In fact, if RRR gets $12m in cash ( hmmm maybe ) the profit since the £s peak stands at GB£2.03 million. | noirua
14/7/2022 14:42 | And remember that he refuses to come back without the money. The press conference could be imminent yesterday. | kemche
14/7/2022 14:27 | Not like him to miss a deadline. Most odd! | kemche
14/7/2022 12:21 | Still in talks. Nothing has been agreed it seems | captain_kurt
14/7/2022 12:13 | An AIM company must issue notification without delay as soon as the terms of any substantial transaction are agreed, disclosing the information specified by Schedule Four. 13. This rule applies to any transaction whatsoever with a related party which exceeds 5% in any of the class tests. 1 Jan 2021 -------- The RNS should arrive very soon - être préparé | noirua
14/7/2022 11:10 | Ir is looking like it could be a bit of damp skib kemche. I hope I am wrong. | greenpastures2
14/7/2022 09:38 | What time is the press conference happening yesterday? | kemche
14/7/2022 08:48 | Great photo - whoosh! | kemche
14/7/2022 08:27 | According to a poster on the other site who seems to have contact with RRR's largest shareholder in the photo below Mr Bell & Co were waiting to meet representatives of VUP, they owe RRR at least $4.5m It is clear meetings have/are taking place, it also looks like we are reaching a conclusion with Mr Bell talking about press conferences etc. In all RRR are owed at least $12m from two parties. | mininglamp
14/7/2022 08:15 | Just waiting for the press conference and photos - then whoosh! | kemche
14/7/2022 08:15 | It looks as if AB has done far more than could have been expected. Red Rock has a solid future in the years to come in DRC. No doubt in my mind that the share holders with 2% or more shares will be very happy with the outcome at this point before an announcement that looks as if it will take some working out before an RNS arrives. | noirua
14/7/2022 07:04 | After nearly 6 weeks in Congo it looks like nothing yet to report . Disappointing | captain_kurt
13/7/2022 23:02 | It looks like progress is being made, Mr Bell posted the photo (below) on Twitter tonight around 7pm, when asked about the press conference, he replied 'it's still on' when pressed he said 'wait and see' Seems to suggest business is about to be done in country, they have the same timeline as UK, the fellow with him is RRR's representative in DRC, Barry Kazadi. Surely events must be drawing to a conclusion and hopefully a excellent one for shareholders. | mininglamp
13/7/2022 21:17 | He really needs to show us the money rather than a progress report after 5 weeks in Congo | captain_kurt
