Two Degree,

these warrants were notified to the market earlier in the year, not a big surprise.

More than likely just getting the bad bits out the way in order to progress to more positive news.

the Warrant Holder will be Chris Akers.

He is making a good profit and the company are getting more capital.

surely all these warrants being issued is having a dilutive effect on the share price...does anyone wish to comment or assist me in understanding why so many are being issued and what is the company doing with the monies it is receiving...

Spreadex up to 200m. Any higher and I think the stock will be harder to find.

directors bought at 0.34 15 million each, I expect this to start to rise from here or the directors would have waited for it to fall further before buying in .

If CloudTag went wrong then what the hell has RLH got to do with it ???

So it's a buy because of the "decent sized purchases of 15 million shares each by two of the directors, including by the CEO, Toby Hayward, at 0.34p. This was accompanied by Mr Hayward being interviewed by Justin Waite around the same time and he came across pretty professionally to be fair."

But it's a sell because of Aberdeenman and his usual "overenthusiasm" for all things multibagging?

And yet a buy because "Spreadex will find a way to make money here".

But a sell because " not sure much money was made in CloudTag by the guys that bought the shares from Spreadex".

So that is all clear then!

I think I will sit on mine if it's all the same with share price - let's see how it unfolds.
