Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("the Company") announces that on 12 December 2019, it purchased for cancellation 300,000 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR 0.12 per share.

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 135,956,913.
