Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("the Company") announces that on 12 July 2018, it purchased for cancellation 304,744 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR 0.1675 per share.

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 144,641,273.
