Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 30 October 2018, Rob de Groot, President Hygiene Home, a PDMR, was granted 166 share options at an option price of GBP54.31 per share under the Reckitt Benckiser Group 2015 Global Stock Profit Plan. The options are granted in conjunction with entering into a three-year savings contract and will become exercisable on 1 February 2022.
