DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 21 June 2017, Deborah Yates, Senior Vice President Global HR, a PDMR, exercised 6,170 share options granted on 11 December 2013 at an option price of GBP46.51 per share, 3,085 share options granted on 3 December 2012 at an option price of GBP38.06 per share, and 617 share options granted on 5 December 2011 at an option price of GBP31.20 per share.

All 9,872 of the resulting shares were disposed of at GBP79.00146 per share.

Following these transactions, Mrs Yates's shareholding is 984 Shares, representing 0.0001% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
