Well...these lads are pretty astute....so I guess there are quite
a few holders here who have bets riding on a positive outcome....
and frankly anyone who has bought at these levels will win at least at evens
if they get a half result!!!

C_E,

Most likely to be a disappointing end, but it was only ever a punt. Not certain whether the recent turbulence in financial markets has scuppered their chances, or whether there was an over-optimistic valuation in the first place!!!

Times London reports NAMA is expected to forgive 35bn of developers debt?
I did'nt know that to be honest....that may hold a lifeline, and apparently
SSC have applied to Dun Laoire Corp for a PP extension to their existing permit.

Win or lose I still think the whole thing is rapidly coming to the end game,
whatever that turns out to be.

Luck to the Brave.

I second that, C_E, and hope still to hear from Tilton on other threads. But perhaps again on this one? The Fat Lady hasn't yet sung - but she's certainly clearing her throat!

Tiltonboy,
Telegraph said it all this am.
It was nice to chat off piste, with you, the odd time.
Thanks for all the good advice, maybe some did'nt
appreciate it, but I did.
The end is nigh here...maybe we'll meet in
another life?

Good Luck to you!!!

Belatedly noticed this RNS for Audley Capital Management picking up few million shares back in June. Must be showing a loss so far even though they paid less than half the price i did. Any views on Audley?

By the way 20p is peanuts but I really don't like predicting share price. Only said 20p because at that price it is still seriously under value. It should get there in the matter of few days.

20p "in a matter of a few days!". WOW!

REO have a shareholding in Battersea, but it's debts dwarf the value of it's assets.

Battersea itself is not quoted, but might be, if they can attract a development partner.

Does REO still own the Battersea Power Station site? - the news is a bit unclear. I'm looking at buying in as these look super cheap if they do.

Treasury Holdings Ireland managing director John Bruder said REO was hopeful it would be able to recruit new investment for its planned redevelopment of Battersea Power Station, which it bought for €600 million in 2006.

REO has planning permission for a €6.5 billion redevelopment of the landmark building and area around it as a residential, shopping and commercial zone.

The property has been demerged from REO, which now owns just over 50 per cent of it, and it is in talks with investors interested in taking a stake in it.

Can anyone explain what this would mean for current REO shareholders?

Agree tiltonboy.

You have been posting about the grim background of REO for over a year. Yet gdasinv posts such rubbish. I am following all of these rampers.
REO is virtually worthless in my opinion.

This news is everywhere in the media, local, national and international. The derampers will find it very hard to deramp this stock down. My revised price is 30p minimum by the end of April.

Someone mentioned it here that I predicted a price of 200p. I wrote that of people are going to buy into it then it can reach to that level. It all depends on the demand. But 30 for short term is very conservative guess.

No stop until 30p for next 3 months

Ignore the posts of gdasinv2 & joe_public. Just ramping the shares.

Anybody investing in this company at 4p will lose money. See my earlier posts.

"30p...in 3 months" is sheer fiction.

Patience is the Key here. Medium term 4-7 months will see at least 15 - 25p. Battersea project has strong support from Wandworth Council, likely 100% approval from Boris.

A few little buys going through in the last week or so (2 x 500k + 1 x 700k). Battersea will need a valuation of £1.5bn before there is any attributable value for the Ords, which are option money at very best.
