Q3 Dividend Declaration

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the London Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of 1.6 million sq ft of commercial property in the Midlands property market across all sectors, is pleased to announce that in accordance with its progressive dividend policy, REI will pay a Q3 dividend of 0.5 pence per share for the period 1 July 20 20 to 30 September 20 20 . The payment will be made on 2 2 January 202 1 to all shareholders on the register as at 4 January 202 1 . The ex-dividend date will be 31 December 2020. This dividend will be a non-Property Income Distribution (non-PID).
