The Company announces that it is posting a circular containing a notice of the Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to Shareholders of the Company (the "Circular") together with a proxy form (together the "AGM Documents"). The AGM is to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 18 September 2018 at First Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 6HJ.
