I thought they would have issued some news after the EGM, if only to say it finished?

Not looking good - management buyout on way?

Difficult to see how the price can rise substantially, as even new contracts need advance finance to set them up.

FWIW think share overhang is in the 40-50m range - so we need some big buys to pick these up before we see the share price go up.

Doubt it, RAF's petty cash could not buy more then 1 cup at the Little Thief?

which business, still tea and bics at the EGM?

I dont expect any earth shattering news at the EGM, its a peg in the ground that RAF must fall over.

It just possible RAF management may say something in favour of RAF (better odds on the lottery?).

Well, somone's (not me) gambled £500 or so on a positive outcome tomorrow.

Not so sure we'll get much, but I am looking forward to the company's recommendation to us owners on how they'll produce a return on
our shares which is supposed to be what they are about...

Good to see some buying again.

By my calcs, the overhang is probably about 35m so just need
another 7 of those 5m's.

....Or 140 x 250k trades ;-)

In my view Directors are prohibited from buying shares after cancellation of consolidation --it could be a life changing news--injection of additional cash by an investor or a company. It could be a merger(reverse takeover)with other Company or sale of the whole business and becomes a cash shell in order to maximise share holders value????????????????????????????????? Latter would be a huge success?????????

DD,

there is no consolidation for now.

You have a point though about placement, as I guess RAF could still place a block shares & have the Directors buy in.

Point is still the same though: How are the Director's demonstrating the sentiments they imply in the RNS's? "Where's the beef?" as they say.

I can't see their evidence, BUT we know they know the shares are not attractive (they've said so). How are they responding? So far they are not... In my book, and previous experience (but not always) this type of response has been a prelude to bad news. We should not be down at these cheap share price levels otherwise. We should be seeing a slow but gradual climb.

The_Owl - I see no need for directors to buy when they can wait for consolidation and susequent placement to dip their toes

Why are the Director's not buying? - I am concerned.
They enter a close period from 1 April to probably 30 September, so have only
5 weeks or so to buy.

They have no option but to back the shares with some buys IMO IF the prospects are as bright as they said, and having cancelled the consol.

If they are not prepared to, I have to evaluate whether I want to hold - but this could all be academic in a couple of days.

Just bought another 5m to average down. I hope this might help move things in the right direction.

I think this business has potential but the central costs are just too high. Take these away and a buyer could extract value
